Yordan Cholakov

Yordan is one of the founders of Innovires Legal. He has particular experience in drafting and negotiating licensing, management, distribution, supply and employment agreements, including preparation of operating agreements  and shareholder agreements, general corporate counseling and other transactional matters.

Yordan advises and assists clients in acquiring intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights and domain names, in determining the means through which they are used, and in defining measures to defend them.

He also advises clients on consumer protection  and competition law issues which affect their businesses and operation in the Bulgarian market. He has structured a significant number of debt transactions  and has collected over 1 000 000 EUR.
